This project is designed to:
- Identify family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease or dementia
- Identify the needs of the family caregiver
- Provide individualized support services to the family caregiver
Our project provides an evidence-based intervention to support family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
